Krútňava is a dramatic and psychological story from Slovakia. An original theme of sin and forgiveness, consisting of six paintings. A typical plot of two men's love for one woman, the murder of a son out of jealousy, a wedding, the birth of a child, the echoing conscience of the main character, but also the final catharsis that brings reconciliation and forgiveness. NDKE Opera will perform this title on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the first performance of The Crucible in December 1949.
