Concert: Kill František + Aunt Elze

A double concert by two prominent figures of the Slovak alternative scene.

Two musicians who have resonated with their new albums and distinctive style in recent years are coming to Tabačka.

After seven years, Tante Elze returns with the album ÓDY , which brings a personal perspective on the life of a millennial balancing between everyday life, motherhood and her inner world. The album was released on Slnko Records and was nominated for the Radio_Head Awards . Musically, it combines elements of jazz, classical, ambient, alternative pop and trip-hop – and sounds even stronger live.

With his second album, Zabiť Františka, he continues his recognizable alt-folk style with lyrics that reflect social and personal themes – from masculinity, through social tensions to hope and (self)forgiveness. With his captivating voice and emphasis on lyrics, he is one of the most distinctive singer-songwriters of recent years.
