Nina's biggest dream is to become a writer - she inherited her creativity from her father, who is an animated film director. Her everyday life is disrupted by her clumsy younger brother, who is into magic, and since their mother died very early, the only female role model in the family is her somewhat rigid aunt. When a new love enters her father's life, Nina decides to process the loss of her mother through writing, inspired by the advice of a bohemian writer from the neighborhood, and in doing so, she opens her heart to the new member of the family and her first love.
