IFF Art Film 2025

The event, a celebration for all fans of the silver screen, will return to the metropolis of eastern Slovakia in 2025. In its 31st year, the oldest and largest international film festival in Slovakia will once again offer an exceptional program featuring more than a hundred films across three competitive and multiple non-competitive sections.

A variety of accompanying events will also be part of the festival. In addition to the three traditional honorary awards (Actor's Mission and Golden Camera), a new one will be introduced. The Milan Lasica Award will be presented posthumously to honor a distinguished figure of (Czechoslovak) cinematography. With this new award, the festival seeks to commemorate the legacy of the first and only president in the history of IFF ART FILM every year.

Tickets for the event, available in various categories (festival-wide, single-day, student, senior, etc.), are already on sale and are discounted until the festival begins.
