Mend in Public Day is an annual event organized by the Fashion Revolution movement, which takes place during Fashion Revolution Week. During this day, people around the world gather in public places to repair their clothes and discuss options for extending the life of their clothes. The goal is to draw attention to the problem of overconsumption and support the idea that the clothes we love can last longer. Join us in the Moving Landscape in the courtyard of the East Slovak Gallery and become part of a global creative action that draws attention to the importance of sustainability in fashion. Participate in public sewing and repairs, learn new skills and discover the joy of extending the life of your favorite pieces.
