OTTO WEITER 70 – TOUR
After Otto Weiter's successful exclusive concert in Bratislava, Otto will also visit your city! At the same time, he cordially invites you all to continue his celebrations in an unforgettable concert full of music and humor. And he will not be alone - read on., and come celebrate too.
Although Otto was born and lived in Moravia until the age of 28, he also worked abroad and even as a young man he stood on the same stage with names like Tina Turner, Phill Collins, or Rod Steward. For example, in London, Milli Vanilli managers persuaded him to cooperate, but in the end, thanks to your favor, he became a "SLOVAK SINGER". With the Juraj Velčovský orchestra, he attended many European and Czech-Slovak concerts and television shows alongside Dušan Grúň, Olinka Szabová and Karol Duchoň. Here it turned out that Otto is not only at home in rock, but that the school with Professor Bernard Kočař, where he studied Bell Canto, expanded his singing possibilities and so he received an invitation from Ivan Krajíček to the famous television music and singing competition show - Repete.
To this day, he rightfully holds the Czechoslovak record for the number of ballots/correspondence cards received – 380,000!! For just one song.
Otto is not only a Slovak singer. He is also a lyricist, composer, dramaturge and director. Although he himself had several television and radio shows, he eventually founded his own - OTTO WEITER SHOW, with which he traveled to many cities and filmed hundreds of talk shows and entertainment shows for various television and radio stations from STV, through Markíza, TV JOJ, he was a co-founder of TV Senzi, or Šlágr TV. Even today he has no problem selling out huge halls and what is the most beautiful and most unconventional, you can see ALL AGE CATEGORIES at his concerts!
This year, Otto celebrates his life anniversary - 70 years and 45 years of professional career in Slovakia - wherever he appears, he spreads energy, joy, great mood and joy of life.
Together with Otto, his guests will also conjure up a good mood and an unforgettable experience: Petra Weiter, Maja Velšicová, Soňa Kopčanová, Peter Tokoš, Jozef and Dodo Ivaška, or Marika Škultétyová.
