Are you wondering what programme to devise for holidaying children before Easter on 2 April 2026? We have a tip for you, where they can have fun and learn something new. SteelPark will be open for them.

For example, they can brighten up their day in the workshops, which will be open to them at any time during opening hours from 10:00 to 18:00. They can buy various puzzles at the reception, which they can then paint.

In addition, short demonstrations of workshops on the theme of blooming flowers will be held at 15:00 and 17:00. Come and discover the small magic of nature and science. Together we will make origami-inspired paper flowers that, when placed on the surface of the water, will gradually 'bloom' right before your eyes. We will discover why this happens - how water penetrates the paper and causes it to open. Children will playfully try out a simple science experiment while practicing their fine motor skills and creativity. What to expect: folding paper flowers, experimenting with water and observing the 'blossoming', a short explanation of the principle of water absorption and movement.
