In this new epic sci-fi film, Ryan Gosling (Barbie, Drive) stars as Ryland Grace—an elementary school biology teacher and an astronaut against his will. When Ryland wakes up all alone on a spaceship, many light-years from home, with no memory or clue as to what he’s doing in space, it seems things couldn’t get any worse. But as his memory gradually returns, he uncovers the truth about his mission: his task is to solve the mystery of dying stars—including our own Sun. To prevent the extinction of humanity, he must draw on all his scientific knowledge, unconventional ideas… and even the help of an unexpected ally from deep space.

The screening will take place at Amfik on Festival Square. The screening will go ahead regardless of the weather, except in the event of hazardous conditions (in which case a cancellation notice will be posted and tickets will be refunded to all attendees).
