Don Quixote - the title of a world ballet classic - is based on the stories of the novel The Ingenious Knight Don Quixote de la Mancha by the Spanishwriter Miguel de Cervantes. The comedic story of the young love couple Kitri and Basile is intertwined with the world of the eccentric nobleman Don Quixote as he embarks on his quest for chivalric adventure.
