Michael Frayn: SARDINES ON STAGE, PLEASE!

A cult comedy from the theatrical environment, in which the backstage plays one of the main roles. Intelligent British humour with delicate irony. Author Michael Frayn has set the story in a theatre company that is in the process of staging a new comedy.

While in the first act we see its dress rehearsal, in the second the already anticipated premiere and even a reprise in the third. All from different perspectives - from the audience, to the actors and actresses, to the inspirer and the set designer. What some don't realise, however, is that the performance has already begun.
