PHILOSOPHY FOR LIFE - Course for personality development

When we hear the word philosophy today, we often think of a theoretical discipline divorced from practical life. This course offers philosophy as it is at its core - practical, understandable and applicable.
You will be introduced to some of the most important ideas from advanced civilizations around the world whose value is still relevant today. You will gain practical advice and tips for developing your personality and for unlocking your potential. The course stimulates your own search for connections and answers to questions about the meaning, principles and laws of life.
The course contains 18 topics and is divided into three blocks in the following order:
ETHICS - helps us to look inside ourselves, our psyche and the laws that govern the human being. It will enable us to orient ourselves and develop the best in us.
SOCIOPOLITICS - will help us to look into the laws of the functioning of society and interpersonal relationships. It brings us opportunities to learn how to live together harmoniously and cooperate with others.
PHILOSOPHY OF HISTORY - will help us learn to read history and understand its continuity and logic. It will lead us to the meaning of our time and to reflect on ourselves as its actors and creators.

The speaker will be Mr . Rastislav Harčarufka, head of the New Acropolis branch, who has completed a programme of studies in Eastern and Western philosophy, psychology, ethics and symbolism. He regularly conducts the course 'Philosophy for Life in both regular and intensive form.
Course price: the course consists of three blocks and each of the blocks has a price of 25 euro/block, for students and pensioners 20 euro/block
Registration for the course with payment for the first block is possible until 13:00 on the day of the lecture. The registration is valid after the payment has been made.

The course will run once a week, every Monday from 17:00-18:30, each evening we will discuss 1 topic. The first block consists of 6 topics (6 weeks) and only after completing it, we will continue with the second block.
