A Weekend at SteelPark: How Does a Vampire Drink Blood?
How could a vampire drink blood without even touching it? What if there’s no magic behind it, but just plain old physics? On the weekend of October 17–18, 2026, you’ll set out to solve the vampire mystery at SteelPark.
A short experimental demonstration titled “How Does a Vampire Drink Blood?”, based on the “Van Helsing’s Adventurous Expedition” workshop, combines a Halloween theme with a simple yet impressive experiment. The demonstrations will take place at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. and will last approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Red water, a candle, a bottle… and then something begins to happen that seems almost supernatural. Why does the water start moving to places it shouldn’t, at first glance? The answer lies in air pressure and a small experiment that children can observe together with the instructor to uncover its secret.
From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., there will also be creative workshops featuring wooden puzzles that test spatial reasoning, dexterity, and patience.
The visit will be complemented by an interactive exhibit and the “Creativity Will Save the World” exhibition as part of the MyMachine program, which traces the journey from a child’s idea to a functional prototype.
