In 2025, the 102nd edition of the International Peace Marathon (IPM), the oldest marathon in Europe and the third oldest in the world, will take place in Košice. The event is scheduled for Sunday, October 5, 2025, and traditionally starts at 9:00 a.m. on Hlavná Street in the historic city center.

The White Night Festival has been lighting up the streets of the historical centre of Košice for over ten years, where fans of art and culture meet and discover unprecedented installations from the work of local and international artists.
