Sagvan Tofi's Children of Paradise, awarded the Thalia Prize, is one of the most successful Czech hit musicals. The story is set in the second half of the 1980s and then more than two decades later. The central motif is the disco era, then dominated by the immortal hits of Michal David. It is from them that the entire musical is composed.

You know them intimately - Decibels of Love, Nonstop, Poupata, Největší z nálezů a ztrát (The Greatest of Finds and Losses), Pár přátel (A Few Friends), každý mi tě, lásko, záidí (Everyone Envies You, Love) and thirty other tunes that never grow old and still live in the hearts of the audience. The musical brings romance, nostalgia, humour and insight and will be enjoyed to the full by all generations.
