Christmas in Kosice 2025

For more than a quarter of a century, Košice's fairy-tale Christmas has been bringing dozens of cultural events to Košice in the run-up to Christmas. In the heart of the city you can enjoy festive concerts, the serving of the mayor's punch, a rich cultural programme on the stage in front of the Immaculata, a magical Nativity scene and Advent programme at the Lower Gate, as well as an entertaining programme for children against the backdrop of a magical Christmas tree. The town's programme is enlivened by Christmas tunes and a bustling market with food stalls serving traditional lox, langos, mulled wine and sweet Christmas delicacies.
