Juliia is twenty-nine; she has no children or boyfriend, just college debt and an internship at an architecture firm. She just went to check out her new place—in an underground garage. Meanwhile, the prestigious firm where she’s interning is figuring out how to build a thousand new apartments in downtown Oslo.
