Fest Gourmet Tour

Three evenings, three distinctive culinary styles, and three unique experiences at one of Slovakia’s highest-rated restaurants. The Fest gourmet journey will bring exceptional tasting evenings to SEVEN Restaurant Café at VILLA SANDY, during which leading figures in contemporary Slovak and international gastronomy will gather around a single table. Two top Slovak chefs and an international chef awarded a Michelin star, who will add another international dimension to the festival. Each evening will unfold as a unique gastronomic story—featuring an original tasting menu and carefully selected wine pairings. Three evenings that will showcase the direction of today’s haute cuisine—from Slovak roots to international inspirations. The closing evening on October 16 will also be dedicated to the exceptional Billecart-Salmon champagne house. On this very evening, we will also celebrate VILLA SANDY’s partnership with Billecart-Salmon—a prestigious alliance founded on a shared emphasis on exceptional quality, elegance, and fine dining.
