At the lecture Self-esteem, self-acceptance, determination of self-worth and their impact on a happy life, Pavel 'Hirax' Baričák will talk about the models of 'victim', 'savior', 'workaholic', 'general', 'perfectionist', etc. in the Historical Town Hall on November 11, 2026 at 6:00 pm.

Simply about when you're trying hard but the love isn't coming. When you want to prove your sense of self worth through success, overemphasis on outward beauty, overeating, or succumbing to other vices. You live, you suffer, and yet you are just trying desperately to get the love you didn't get in your childhood.

The talk will include a demonstration of healing one or another limiting behavior pattern through the alpha level (simple meditation), as well as an explanation of the support of nullifying the destructive mustra on the physical level.

The guest speaker will be poet, novelist, lyricist and musician Jan Marton.
