Skill-In 4.0: Career Assessment
Are you fed up with your job, drawn to something completely different, or simply can’t decide what to do next?
Or perhaps, on the contrary, you have too many options, interests, or dreams and don’t know which one is worth pursuing. These days, a career is no longer just about finding one profession and sticking with it for the rest of your life. But how can you navigate this sea of possibilities and decide what’s truly important to you?
During the workshop , we’ll conduct a career audit together : we’ll take a practical look at where you currently stand in your career, what’s working for you, what’s missing, and what you may no longer want to pursue.
We’ll also explore how to think about your career in a world of work that’s increasingly being transformed by AI. Which skills will be important, how might AI change our job roles, and how can we view these changes without unnecessary panic?
This won’t be a lecture on how to find your dream job in an hour. Rather , it’sa practical space for reflection and sorting out where you want to go next in your career.
What you’ll take away:
an overview of where you currently stand in your career
a way to identify your experiences, skills, interests, and motivations
a practical framework you can use to conductyour own career audit
greater clarity on what you want to keep, change, or start anew
space to reflect on other possible career steps
insight into how AI is changing the world of work and what that might mean for your career
specific questions and tools you can refer back to even after the workshop
The workshop is suitable for anyone who is currently thinking about their career: whether you feel you need a change, are considering a new direction, or simply don’t know what your next step will be.
📅 The workshop will take place on Wednesday, October 21, from 5:30–7:30 p.m.
