Spooky Wanderings Through Middle-earth at SteelPark | Workshop

The Secrets of Middle-earth, extraordinary experiments, and an adventurous journey in the footsteps of famous hobbits. On Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., the SteelPark science playground will host the workshop “Spooky Wanderings Through Middle-earth,” which combines a fantasy story with the fascinating world of physics and chemistry.

Inspired by the stories of Frodo, Sam, Pippin, and Merry, participants will embark on a journey full of mysteries and unexpected obstacles. To overcome them, they’ll need to draw on their curiosity, ingenuity, and spirit of discovery.

Along the way, they’ll encounter colorful flames, secret messages from elves, wondrous formations resembling serpentine monsters, and unusual light effects. There will also be opportunities to uncover the secrets of plants and a test of dexterity in which a ring plays an important role.

Each experiment will bring a new surprise and show that even phenomena that seem like magic have a scientific explanation. The workshop will offer a blend of imagination, hands-on experimentation, and playful learning, turning science into part of an exciting story.

Will the young explorers manage to overcome all the obstacles and successfully continue their journey through Middle-earth?
