You’ll hear their real stories—how they got started, what worked out, what didn’t, what challenges they faced, and what they’d do differently today.
Stories from a variety of worlds await you—entrepreneurship, art, crafts, beekeeping, coffee, healthy lifestyles, travel, and other fascinating paths. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, discuss, experiment, and seek answers to your own questions. Come find out where your story might lead.
First up to share their story is the VARGAPÁL family beekeeping business, whose tradition dates back more than 100 years. A love for bees and nature has been passed down from generation to generation in this family, and today they care for more than 200 bee colonies across eight locations.
Thanks to “migrating in search of nectar,” they produce a wide variety of honeys, ranging from rapeseed, acacia, and sunflower to linden, forest, and honeydew. However, their work is based not only on tradition but also on modern processing methods and a focus on quality. The farm’s bee products have even won awards at the prestigious Apimondia World Beekeeping Exhibition.
Come meet them, chat about beekeeping, and discover a world where every drop of honey has its own story.
This event is co-financed by the European Union under the Slovakia Program.
