The Intruder - Research Mission at SteelPark | Workshop

There is an unknown biological specimen aboard the spaceship Nostromo. The X01 egg requires thorough scientific investigation, as no one yet knows exactly what it contains or what properties it may have. This is where the research mission begins, bringing a bit of space-age suspense, biology, chemistry, and physics to SteelPark on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

During the workshop, participants will become members of a research team. Their task will be to examine the sample, record important findings in a research log, and propose measures to help keep the crew safe.

The research will gradually reveal more about how an extraterrestrial organism might exhibit signs of life, what materials can withstand harsh conditions, and how it might perceive its surroundings.

Biology, chemistry, physics, and scientific reasoning will all come into play. The results of the experiments will need to be closely monitored, compared, and evaluated. Some answers will only become clear during the mission itself.

However, details about Egg X01 will remain a secret. The research team will have to uncover them directly in the field.
