Theatre pART of ART: Channel

Oľga Belešová, Karin Haydu, Roman Pomajbo and Števo Martinovič, who brought the TV channel to the stage, will entertain the Kosice audience with an original comedy by four actors of the pART of ART Kanál Theatre from behind the scenes of television. It will be performed in the Historical Town Hall on 9 November 2026 at 7:00 pm.

As they all have their own experience with television and also a sense of humour, their new play is surprising and especially hilarious. Fascinating, exciting, but mostly funny, the story with songs is about a TV channel in which a new owner introduces revolutionary changes. These turn the lives of popular TV faces upside down.

Will the inexperienced TV dewdrop be a success with viewers? What might an optimistic weather forecast look like, whatever the weather? Who will get a role in a series set in a hospital environment? How far are the performers of an outrageous reality show able to go? How do the colleagues get along when the cameras go off and what does the taxi driver think of it all? If you want to know, tune into the Channel to find out.
