Workshop: Beliefs That Change Your Life
An experiential workshop on what we believe, why we believe it, and how these beliefs shape our lives.
“I have to be strong.”
“I’m not good enough.”
“To be liked, I have to conform.”
“Money is hard to earn.”
“It’s too late for this now.”
Maybe these are just phrases. But maybe we’ve been hearing them our whole lives—from our parents, teachers, partners, and society. Gradually, they can become our own truths.
Beliefs influence how we perceive ourselves, other people, and the world around us. They influence our relationships, decisions, work, money, self-confidence, and what we allow ourselves to do in life.**
And often we don’t even realize that many of them haven’t been ours for a long time. Or they simply no longer serve us.
In this experiential workshop, through creative, experiential, and self-reflective activities, we’ll explore:
What beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world
Where they come from and how they arose
How they influence our decisions and daily lives
Which beliefs support us and which, on the contrary, limit us
How we can begin to change the ones that no longer serve us
We won’t try to “think positively” or convince ourselves that everything is great. Instead, we’ll try to better understand why we keep living certain parts of our stories in the same way—and whether there’s another option.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to better understand themselves, their patterns, and what may be unconsciously influencing their life.
